This shot was taken at a recent wedding of  a woman deep in prayer during a Sikh ceremony, the use of a long lens has really compressed the background giving this image an interesting sense of depth. We love this image in b/w even though there were many bright colours in this scene the b/w gives the picture a more powerful feel.

More Sikh Wedding Pictures

We recently featured some pictures from our first Sikh wedding and promised to show a few more so here they are. This wedding was a fabulous day with so much to photograph including an outfit change mid day! Amarjit and Priya held their wedding reception at Woburn Abbey Sculpture Gallery which is a stunning venue and great for photography.
