Without wanting to bore you with the whole battle we are having with BT at present we will give you a brief low down of the present communications situation we find ourselves in.
BT seem shocked at a business moving address and that business needing to move their phone line etc, they are in disarray! And we are left pulling our hair out.
It appears BT are struggling as they have never had to move someones phone line before (tongue in cheek) so subsequently we are still without our 0845 number till Friday we are contactable via email in the meantime, apologies for any problems this may have caused.
